Matriarchal unlearning and relearning—helping young adults identify, challenge, and dismantle internalized patriarchy while actively cultivating matriarchal ways of being: collaboration, emotional truth-telling, shared power, and sacred accountability

Participation noteEvery module includes a monthly 90-minute session, weekly 15-minute check-in call, texting access, a book, workbook prompts and reflections, supporting media, and occasional guest speakers and content experts.
