Participation policy.

The final participation policy will turn the Pledge into clear, usable procedures for coaching, workshops, and talk circles.

The approved policy must define

• Confidentiality expectations and the prohibition on recording.
• How concerns are received and who reviews them.
• Immediate boundaries, pauses, removals, and appeals where appropriate.
• Facilitator responsibilities and conflicts of interest.
• How the space prevents and responds to discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
• How participants' names, pronouns, and personal disclosures are respected and protected.
• Final eligibility for each adult program, including participation by nonbinary adults.
• Complaint routes, emergency limitations, and legally required exceptions.
• Online workshop and in-person circle conduct.

The policy owner, complaint contact, effective date, and final exception language will be published before invitations open.
