Coaching / 9-month program guide

A different way of being.

The Matriarchal Coaching Program. Nine months of unlearning, reflection, and shared practice for young adults ages 18–30.

Proposed curriculum · Invitations are not yet open

Welcome

You are here because something in you knows that the world as it is does not have to be the world as it will be. You are here because you are willing to look at patriarchy and white supremacy — not just out there, but inside yourself — and to build something else from the ground up.

This program is a journey through nine modules. It moves from the self, to systems, to the body, to money, to gender, to rest, and finally to integration. Along the way, you will read, reflect, question, rage, rest, and build.

This is not therapy. It is coaching. It is not a lecture. It is a circle. And it is not a solo journey. You will move through it with a cohort of women who are doing the same work.

Here is what we will do together.

01

Module 1

Identity, Intersectionality & Family of Origin

Who are you, really — beneath the conditioning?

We begin with you. Not the you that performs, not the you that pleases, not the you that has learned to be small. The you underneath.

What we will explore:

  • A prejudice quiz and an identity activity: Who are you?
  • What is working well in your life? What is getting in the way?
  • Who do you want to be? What does being a woman mean to you?
  • Staying hopeful — how to hold hope without pretending
02

Module 2

Foundational Knowledge: Understanding Your Conditioning

Where did your ideas about womanhood come from?

Now we zoom out. Before we can build matriarchy, we have to understand what we are up against — and how deeply it has shaped us.

What we will explore:

  • Matriarchy deep dive: history, past and present
  • History of feminist movements in the USA
  • History of Civil Rights in the USA
  • History of genocide in the USA and Indigenous Peoples
  • The connection between patriarchy and white supremacy
  • Data on gender-based violence and gender equality
  • Organizations working on these issues in your area
03

Module 3

Herstory: Women Across Difference

Whose stories have been told — and whose have been buried?

Patriarchy and white supremacy do not only harm women as a category. They divide us. This module is about the histories we were not taught and the women we were taught not to see.

What we will explore:

  • History of the relationship between Black and white women
  • History of trans women in America
  • Societies of women around the globe
  • Current women political leaders
  • Women in sports and trans women in sports
04

Module 4

Cyclic Living & Women's Health

Your body is not a problem to be solved. It is a source of knowledge.

The patriarchy has treated women's bodies as public property, as mystery, as malfunction. This module reclaims the body as sacred ground — a place of knowing, rhythm, and power.

What we will explore:

  • Understanding your anatomy, your cycle, your fertility
  • The current state of reproductive justice in America
  • The connection between patriarchal living and women's health
  • Loving your body
  • History of the war on women's bodies
  • The state of women's healthcare in America
  • Advocating for yourself and others for adequate healthcare
  • Education on women's health issues: Endometriosis, Post-Partum Depression, Fibroids, PMDD, etc.
05

Module 5

Capitalism, Finance & the Matriarchy

Money is not neutral. Neither is your labor.

We cannot build matriarchy without understanding the economic systems we live inside — and the ways our labor, paid and unpaid, has been extracted for generations.

What we will explore:

  • Feminist financial planning
  • Education on capitalism, socialism, communism, and other systems
  • History of pay equity in the USA
  • Monetizing unpaid labor
  • Emotional labor
06

Module 6

Masculinity in America

What does manhood cost — and who pays?

You cannot understand patriarchy without understanding masculinity. This module examines how manhood is constructed, enforced, and weaponized — and what it costs everyone.

What we will explore:

  • Gender roles and their history
  • Data on masculine violence
  • Data on gender inequity in leadership roles
  • Gender-based violence: education and understanding
  • Current examples of masculinity
  • Incels
07

Module 7

Femininity in America

How womanhood is scripted — and how we rewrite it.

This module examines the scripts that have been written for women — and the many ways women have resisted, refused, and rewritten them.

What we will explore:

  • Religions oppressing women → Media portrayals
  • Pay equity → Heterosexuality
  • Beauty standards → Bisexuality
  • Forced birth → Lesbianism
  • Dream gap → Queer identity
  • Teen pregnancy → Child brides
  • Pedophilia → Lack of representation
  • Rape & sexual assault → Domestic violence
08

Module 8

Reflect, Rest, Question, Catch Up

Rest is not a reward. It is resistance.

This is a pause point. Before we move into integration, we stop to catch our breath, honor what we have learned, and reorient toward what comes next.

What we will do:

  • Catch up on any missed items
  • Reflection activity on the first six months
  • Define and implement rest as resistance
  • Revisit and redefine your goals
  • Ask yourself: Where is my place in this movement, in today's world, and what work is there for me to do?
  • Identify your community engagement project
09

Module 9

Matriarchal Integration & Continuation

You came here with questions. You leave with a blueprint.

This is where we gather everything.

Over the past months, you have studied patriarchy and white supremacy. You have traced their roots through history, through systems, through your own body, through your family, through your money, through your rest. You have named your anger. You have learned what matriarchy means — not as an abstract idea, but as a way of living: power with, not power over.

Now we ask the question that matters most: What will you build with what you know?

This module is not an ending. It is a threshold.

What we will do:

1. Integration Reflection

Look back at your workbook, your notes, your goals from Module 1:

  • Who was I when I started this program?
  • Who am I now?
  • What shifted — in my mind, my body, my relationships, my daily life?

2. Matriarchal Audit

Walk through the Sacred Pillars — Intersectionality, Matriarchy-Centered, Anti-Racist, Anonymous & Sacred, Inviolable, and LGBTQ+ Affirming — and honestly assess:

  • Where have I grown?
  • Where is there still work to do?
  • What do I want to keep practicing?

4. Community Blueprint

Refine the mutual aid community engagement project you identified in Module 5:

  • What will you actually build?
  • Who is it for?
  • What support do you need to make it real?
  • What is the first step?

6. Naming Your Matriarchal Work

Write a personal statement that begins:

  • This is the matriarchy I am building.

Keep this. Return to it when you are tired, angry, or discouraged. It is yours.

What you will receive:

  • A Certificate of Completion
  • A letter from me, written to you, about what I have witnessed in you
  • A final ritual marking your transition from participant to builder

Reflection questions for your workbook:

  • What is the matriarchy I am building, and where am I building it?
  • What do I need to keep going — and who will I ask for it?
  • What will I do when I am angry, tired, or discouraged?
  • Who are the women I am bringing with me?
  • What am I leaving behind — and am I ready to let it go?

Continuation

Your Options After the Program

Completing this program does not mean the work ends. It means you choose what comes next.

Monthly Coaching Sessions with Me (Optional)

For those who want to keep going one-on-one, I offer monthly coaching sessions. This is a space to bring your questions, your struggles, your wins, your next steps. You set the agenda. I hold the container. Available to every graduate — you choose whether it is right for you.

Alumni Community Access

Stay connected with alumni. You do not have to build alone.

Peer Circle Leadership

If you feel called to facilitate or co-facilitate circles, there will be opportunities to step into that role — with preparation and support.

Referral Pathways

If you want therapy, mentorship, or deeper involvement with organizations doing this work, I will help connect you. Coaching is not therapy, and I will always be honest about what I can and cannot offer.

A Closing Word

Welcome to the work.

You came in with a question about who you are. You are leaving with a practice.

The patriarchy and white supremacy want you to believe that your anger is dangerous, your body is public property, your labor is infinite, and your rest is earned. You now know better. You know that your anger is sacred fuel. You know that your body is yours. You know that your labor has value. You know that rest is resistance.

And you know that you are not meant to carry this alone.

Matriarchy is not a solo project. It is a web. You are now part of it — not as a student forever, but as a builder.

I will be here if you want to keep going. And I will be proud of you either way.

Welcome to the work.

Every module includes:

  • Monthly 90-minute session with me (video or in person)
  • Weekly 15-minute check-in call
  • Texting access between sessions
  • A book on the topic
  • Workbook prompts and reflections
  • Media and other content designed to enhance the experience
  • Occasional guest speakers and content experts

Community option: Participants may opt into an ongoing peer community, governed by the behavior covenant in the safeguarding protocol.
