These terms cover the Hell Hath No Fury Like A Girl website. The site describes a planned 12-month New York pilot program serving girls ages 11–14. Today it is informational: there is no checkout, no payment, no member accounts, and no child accounts.

The interest list

The interest form is for adults only and requires confirmation that the submitter is 18 or older. Submitting the form adds an adult to the interest list — it is not an enrollment, is not a commitment to join, and does not guarantee a spot. No payment is taken at any point on this site.

Program and pricing

Prices shown — a planned $540 annual option, a planned $50-per-month option under a 12-month commitment, and the “Fund a Year” sponsorship — are planned pilot prices, not offers. Final enrollment, billing, cancellation, shipping, renewal, refund, and sponsorship allocation terms will be displayed before any payment is collected.

Planned features

Digital community, mentorship, and civic opportunities are planned features. They will open only after the relevant safety, parent and guardian consent, moderation, reporting, privacy, and escalation procedures are published. Nothing on this site guarantees that a planned feature, theme, product, partner, venue, or opportunity is confirmed or will be available.

Age and safety

The interest form is for adults. Participation in the program is initiated by a parent or legal guardian, who gives any required permissions. The program does not provide child accounts, and the site does not collect information from minors.
