PRIVACY, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE.

This notice explains how Hell Hath No Fury Like A Girl (“we”, “us”) handles information on this website. The site describes a planned 12-month New York pilot program serving girls ages 11–14, and the public interest form on this site is for adults only.

What we collect

When an adult submits the interest form, we collect: the adult’s name, an email address, which interest they chose (parent or guardian, sponsor, community or supplier partner, or future-city updates), their location (New York metro, elsewhere in New York, or outside New York), an optional message up to 500 characters, and their confirmation that they are 18 or older. We also record which part of the site the request came from and when it was received.

We do not collect payment information and we do not create accounts. The form does not ask for — and must not be used to send — any information about a child: no child’s name, birth date, school, profile, or health information. Anyone submitting on behalf of a young person should submit only their own adult contact details.

Why we use it

We use the adult contact details to respond to the request — sharing pilot timing and enrollment details, sponsor information, partnership next steps, or future-city updates, whichever the submitter chose — and to send a confirmation email with a reference number. Submission content is never placed in logs, analytics, screenshots, or public issues.

Consent

The form asks for explicit confirmation that the submitter is 18 or older and agrees to receive messages about the request. Each submission records that confirmation and the version of this notice in effect at the time (currently version 2, effective August 8, 2026).

How long we keep it

Submissions are kept for up to 365 days after they are received, then automatically and permanently deleted. Records that the team trashes are deleted within 7 days. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time using the contact route below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this site — database hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — and with the founding team. Each provider is used only to run the site. Team notifications are limited to the request reference, selected interest, received time, and a secure dashboard link; they do not include the adult’s name, email address, or optional message.

Your rights and how to contact us

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by submitting the interest form again with “privacy request” in the message field. We will respond at the adult email address you provide. If this notice changes, we will update this page and record the new version with future submissions.
